I don't even know where to start. Everything was amazing and professional from day one. Dr. Howland and ALL the staff go out of their way in every way imaginable. As an out of state patient having a consult over the phone was great. The actual surgery went better than I expected and I had little to no pain afterwards. Every time I have called into the office with a question or just for reassurance, someone takes my call ASAP. I have never had someone ask to call me back. Not sure if it is common or not but Dr. Howland even has a personal cell that I was given access to and I have reached out a few times with questions.
