"Today marks two weeks since I had my Fleur-De-lis abdominoplasty with Dr. Howland and I don’t think there are enough words of gratitude I can say! Not only is Dr. Howland an amazingly skilled surgeon, but he truly cares about each one of his patients as well. After having a large weight loss if 180 pounds, I knew I still wasn’t comfortable in my own skin. I never thought that I would be able to look down and see a flat tummy, and then I meet Dr. Howland! Walking from his office after my first week post-op checkup where I had the bandages removed and I saw my own skin for the first time, I was with my mom and she asked how I was feeling. I looked at her and broke down in tears! This was the first time EVER I started to feel like the inner self was starting to show. This was the first time ever I was able to see my toes when I looked down. Thank you Dr. Howland for helping me and for making such a huge difference in my health, my life, and my confidence! I sure hope we can do another project together!!!"

"I had a tummy tuck, lipo and fat transfer. Im really scared when it comes to pain. I cried way more than I probably should. I very much appreciate dr Howland and the ladies putting up with me freaking out. I feel bad about it and I’m thankful they were so calm and nice to me. Thank you. I haven’t looked to see the results and I’m scared to see it. I know they are going to be wonderful because Dr. Howland is the best."
"I don't even know where to start. Everything was amazing and professional from day one. Dr. Howland and ALL the staff go out of their way in every way imaginable. As an out of state patient having a consult over the phone was great. The actual surgery went better than I expected and I had little to no pain afterwards. Every time I have called into the office with a question or just for reassurance, someone takes my call ASAP. I have never had someone ask to call me back. Not sure if it is common or not but Dr. Howland even has a personal cell that I was given access to and I have reached out a few times with questions. Five minutes or less I have gotten either a response via text or call back. I can say without a doubt that I made the right choice when picking my surgeon for my mommy makeover. I am currently only six weeks post op but already excited about my results and can't wait to see what I look like once I am fully healed. 100% confident that I made the right choice."
"Dr. Howland literally changed my outlook on my future and my confidence. After a botched liposuction procedure I was left unable to wear anything but long pants and felt deformed. "I had a mommy makeover with Dr. Howland which included a tummy tuck and breast reduction. I am so happy with my results! Before surgery I was most worried about my breasts. I didnt know what size to say I wanted. I ended up just telling Dr. Howland to "make them the right size for me." That was the best thing I could have done! He made them absolutely PERFECT! I was also impressed with his impeccable stiching. It was so tight and precise you can hardly see the scars. Dr. Howland and his staff are so great to listen to concerns and help you through the whole process. As I have been telling all my friends, I truly believe he is the BEST plastic surgeon in Utah!"
"Dr Howland is amazing! I had breast augmentation and a tummy tuck done from another doctor and wasn't happy with the scaring and long term results. I went to Howland for revisions.. my areolas had stretched out because my original doctor didn't do the right kind of stitching.. also, my belly button stuck out because the stock was too long once the fat was removed and the doctor said he couldn't fix it without doing the surgery again. Dr. Howland fixed both without redoing the surgery. It's been 2 years now and I LOVE the results!! He pays close attention to the details and worked very patiently with me until we got it right. Best experience ever! I highly recommend him!"
